We are happy to support the health and well-being of our patients, and that includes putting a little sweat into it as well. As a complement to our Postpartum Exercise Class which meets on Monday mornings, we are now offering a Prenatal Pilates Class that meets on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 – 6:30pm. This class, taught by an experienced Pilates instructor who specializes in pregnancy-related exercise, will help you maintain stringency. Class sizes for both programs are limited, so register early.
