Madison Women’s Health has piloted a new “Mommy Only” post partum exercise class. The class is held on Thursday nights 5:30 – 6:30 PM, in our community room. We still have openings for this session and the fee can be prorated. Our next session will start July 11. Through a combination of core exercises, light weight training and cardio, this weekly, one-hour class will also allow you to socialize with other new moms and provide you energy to get through your busy day.
