After your delivery, you’ll have at least one routinely schedule follow up with your Madison Women’s Health OBGYN physicians or midwives, normally within 6 weeks after your delivery. Your insurance company may require that you have your post-partum visit within a certain time frame, so please schedule this as soon after the delivery as possible. We recommend the visit to occur between 4 and 6 weeks. The following forms will be helpful for you after you deliver your baby.
