One of the primary services we provide at Madison Women’s Health is our Well Woman Visit, a comprehensive exam designed to screen for the most common health concerns affecting women today. The services covered in this visit are designed to help women from adolescence through adulthood, including discussions of contraception / birth control options, a clinical breast exam, and bone density tests.
In keeping with the Affordable Care Act, annual screening appointments are usually covered by your insurance. However, discussions of problem-oriented issues (such as back pain, sleeping problems, or anxiety) may incur a co-pay based on your insurance.
