New Fitness Classes to Check Out This Summer

Clinic News, Health News

It’s not too late to try OUr fitness classes this summer!

New Fitness Classes Thursdays At Madison Women’s Health starting July 7th

The classes will be taught by Poppy Niosi, who is the owner of Spirit and Fire Training. Poppy is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is an inspiration to those who’ve worked with her because of her own personal health journey. Check out her own story here called The Year of Poppy.

CLASS > Movement & Muscle

Thursdays at 11:30 am – 30 min class – Movement & Muscle

This class focuses on total body fitness from coordination and agility, to building strength and endurance, to improving balance and flexibility. It is designed to ease people into exercise program who have been previously sedentary, injured or postpartum. Lightly choreographed and set to music, this class uses a variety of moves and equipment with special attention to form and function.

CLASS > Pound

Thursdays at 12:15 pm – 30 min class – POUND

This class is a full-body cardio jam session fusing dynamic movement and Pilates-inspired poses while drumming with lightly weighted exercise sticks (Ripstix). The choreography is easy to follow, the rhythm is hypnotic and the energy is explosive – you’ll have so much fun, you won’t even realize you are exercising, and the best part is anyone can do it!

Class Cost

The total cost for the class series is $30 for a six week session. ($5 per class)

The sessions begin Thursday, July 7th. Sign up today with Madison Women’s Health at 608-729-6300. Space is limited so please call today!

A signed waiver must be received prior to participation.
